Guaranteed Delivery Exceptions

Guaranteed delivery exceptions for both UPS and FedEx

Guarantee Delivery refunds are a great way to recover shipping costs and in certain instances, dissatisfied customers may request a refund for shipping charges when their delivery exceeds the guaranteed delivery date. While customer satisfaction is a top priority, it's essential to understand the specific conditions under which FedEx or UPS will not issue a refund for late deliveries. Both FedEx and UPS offer a money-back guarantee for overnight and international priority shipments. Recently, FedEx has begun offering guaranteed deliveries on additional services through the FedEx My Rewards program.
