Setting up your FedEx Reporting access is a quick and easy process, taking only a few minutes. Before you begin, make sure you have your FedEx account number and two most recent invoices handy.

Setup
Step 1: Log In to Your FedEx Account
Start by logging into your FedEx account at www.fedex.com. Once logged in, locate the "Reporting" section on your homepage.
Click the “Sign Up Now” button under the FedEx Reporting area to begin the registration process.
Step 2: Enter Your Contact Information
You will be directed to a registration page where you will need to enter the contact information associated with your FedEx account. Ensure that this information matches the details on file with FedEx for smooth registration.
Step 3: Enter Your FedEx Account Number
Next, enter the account number associated with the FedEx account you want to register for Reporting. You can find this number on your most recent FedEx invoice.
If you have multiple accounts, you will need to register each one separately, ensuring that you input the correct account number for each.
Click Continue to move to the next screen.
Note: If your account number has already been registered for reporting under a different login, you will see a prompt informing you that the account is in use. In this case, you will need to request access from the administrator of that account to link it to your login.
Step 4: Enter Invoice Numbers
Now, you will be asked to enter the invoice numbers associated with your two most recent FedEx invoices. Be sure that the invoice numbers you enter correspond to the account number you are registering. These invoices are required for verification purposes.
Click Continue after entering the correct invoice numbers.
Step 5: Confirmation and Access
Once you've entered the invoice numbers and confirmed your details, click Continue to complete the registration. You should now have full access to the FedEx Reporting portal.
